- Don’t describe what happened, tell me how it affects me.
- Don’t tell me the details, tell me the meaning.
- Don’t SAY you love me, SHOW me you love me.
…these are the lessons I must learn.

I’m learning to do the same as a songwriter. When you give all the words xactly as it is, you give too much. Giving just enough is so difficult when there’s much to say!
